I booked my flu injection on line on the 27th August 2020 and paid for it. I went into the shop today for my innoculation to find that they had no record of my booking. I spoke to customer service who told me I could cancel the booking and get a refund, but my booking was no longer on the screen? No help and I cannot get an innoculation done anywhere.I do not want to give even 1 star, seriously Upset with online order. My app picked my previous delivery address automatically, even though trying by all means(Even before dispatching the order) they just said cannot cancel/update on orders placed. My package was delivered to someone else and now am at loss. They just replied Sorry we can't do anything about this.
Have used Boots.com for several years, not always been great with battered and damaged packages, long delivery waits, items not the same as ordered, and a dreadfully slow and clunky website. And the having to wait hours in an online queue at the start of lockdown to buy urgent items for my family was also frustrating. Now I have a problem with my Boots Points card which I have called about several times and has not been resolved. Once I even spoke to an agent who said 'it'll be fixed in a day or so, don't worry', and hung up! Clearly didn't even care! Have stopped shopping here, it's a waste of time. Boots.com, get yourself sorted out!Boots is now just answering machines and button pressing options - if you do get through to Customer Services they will try to transfer you and then the line goes dead. Boots are no longer interested in Customers
